DELIVERY POLICY

All products you have purchased are delivered to your door by Australia Post or courier. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive. Typically we’ll dispatch the products within 3 working days, but if it has not arrived by this time email us sales@customsurfwax.com and demand to know where it is!

CUSTOM SURF WAX RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we’ll gladly refund your money in return of the unused surf wax or products. All we ask is for you to give us your feedback on what didn’t work for you!
All our wax comes with a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us at sales@customsurfwax.com to organise your return.
