Custom Surf Wax is a web based company. We were tired of other surf wax brands telling us that their wax was the stickiest, sexiest, best wax around – so we decided to take the piss, and give you, the customer control to create your own wax and brand it for yourselves. |

What kind of surf wax are you selling? |

We sell the usual four types of wax, that is: cold, cool, warm and tropical, for temperature details click here. The wax itself is made from an original formula which has been around for over 20 years. We only use pure ingredients – none of that synthetic stuff that will bring you out in a rash! |

That’s fine, we want your feedback – in fact we need it! And we are always on the lookout for new ideas. So you can either drop us a line at info@customsurfwax.com or post your thoughts on the forum. Or if you already have a design and want complete creative control, then we can provide you with the label dimensions and you can organise the artwork and email it to us. |

How long will it take to deliver my order? |

Typically allow 7-10 days for your order to be delivered. However, we will do our best to get your order to you sooner than this. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days, then drop us a line at info@customsurfwax.com and demand to know where your surf wax is! |

What if I’m not happy with my order? |

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we’ll gladly refund your money in return of the unused surf wax or products. All we ask is for you to give us your feedback on what didn’t work for you!
